The Elgin Township Republican Central Committee calls on the Elgin City Council pursuant to the authority reserved to it under Section 55-25 of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, to prohibit all cannabis business establishments and public consumption of cannabis within the municipal boundaries of the City of Elgin.
